Video on Demand - Run your own television
Online televisions are small applications mostly made for websites. Some of them have a version for mobile phones, but the number of users is not very important for the market right now. No matter you are a student or some film professional, video on demand is a cheap solution to sell your productions. I will talk about a Video On Demand setup with streaming facilities and no movie download. The requirements are:

- at least one server with a significant amount of bandwidth - around 400$ / month
The expenses for one year are around 15.000$. Comparing this price with the price of starting and running a television studio is like comparing a bike with a spaceship.
Now, you have a cheap TV station. How can you make it a successful one? Promote it like any other traditional TV station, try to deliver only good quality content and target your audience.
